Tickets

Our goal at GrizTix.com is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable, so we can get you on your way to live events as quickly as possible.

The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on GrizTix.com. If you have any questions about the information below, please contact us.

Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket.

Q. I have Will Call tickets for a show/concert, what are the next steps?
During regular business hours Will Call is located at the Adams Center Box Office. However, the night of the show Will Call is moved to the same venue as the event. To pick up your tickets at Will Call you must have a valid picture I. D. or another valid form of identification. Tickets must be in the name of the person picking them up. If you are allowing someone else pick up your tickets you must call the Adams Center Box Office in advance so that our staff can change the name on the tickets.

Q. What is the lost/stolen ticket policy for GrizTix?
Let’s face it. Life happens. Tickets get lost, singers get sick, and blizzards aren’t out of the question. With that in mind we need to cover a few things about our ticketing and refund policies. This may not be interesting, but it is what you are agreeing to when purchasing tickets from us.

  • Keep your tickets in a secure place away from heat or direct sunlight. The dash of your car isn’t a good place.
  • If your tickets are washed, eaten, lost, or stolen a “trouble pass” may be issued if proof of purchase and seat location can be verified.
  • A deposit equal to the full value of the tickets (less convenience fees) is charged for the trouble pass + $5.00 per ticket replacement fee. No discounts are given for creative stories.
  • If the original un-torn tickets are returned to the Adams Center Box Office up to 2 weeks after the event, the deposit will be refunded less the $5.00 per ticket replacement fee.
  • This policy is in effect for all tickets sold by the Adams Center and all GrizTix outlets.
  • If you suspect any tickets have been stolen, report the theft to the Police and provide a copy of the Police report to the Adams Center Box Office.

    Q. What is the refund/exchange policy for tickets?
Four words to remember “no refunds or exchanges”. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event and seat selection. GrizTix sells tickets on behalf of event promoters. Our contracts with them usually prohibit us from making exchanges or giving refunds unless an event is cancelled. In the event a show is canceled and refunds are made, the base ticket price and venue fees will be refunded. Ticket Service fees and Convenience fees are not refundable.

    Q. I purchased tickets for a cancelled event, what do I do?
Here’s the deal. Decisions about postponing or cancelling shows are made by the promoter. If this happens we post important information on griztix.com as we receive it. We also notify GrizTix outlets. We don’t offer text messaging, but you can call us.

  • If a show is cancelled refunds will only be issued through the Adams Center box office.
  • Refunds include the base price of the ticket and venue fees if applicable. Ticket service fees are not refunded. Outlet, Internet, and telephone convenience fees are not refunded. Optional USPS Priority Mail fees are not refunded.
  • Tickets purchased with a credit card are refunded to that same card. Please be patient as it can take up to two weeks for the credit to appear.
  • Tickets purchased with cash will be refunded at the Adams Center Box Office and must be brought to the Adams Center box office within 30 calendar days of the original show date. A month should be enough time to take care of this. However, if you can’t get down here to get your refund, please CALL US at 406.243.4051 or 888-666-8262!! We’ll work with you.
  • We’re really sorry, but GrizTix will not be liable for travel, lodging, the pair of “to die for” designer shoes you bought just to wear for the concert, or any other incidental expenses you might have.

    On-Line Purchases

GrizTix acts as the agent to those who are promoting or otherwise providing the events for which you purchase tickets. When you purchase a ticket for an event, GrizTix will be handling the transaction and collecting payment on behalf of the Event Provider.

    Ticket Limits
At a promoter’s request, GrizTix may limit the number of tickets a customer or household is allowed to purchase on the “on-sale” day. If a show has a ticket limit, it will be noted on the event page. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by GrizTix at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information. The second day and subsequent days a show is on-sale, no ticket limits shall apply.

    Pricing and Availability
GrizTix.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands, etc., which means GrizTix.com does not set the ticket prices, discounts, groups rates, presales or determine seating locations and price breakdowns. Tickets are sold through several distribution points, including online at GrizTix.com, Adams Center phones, Adams Center Box Office and various GrizTix Outlets. Unless specified otherwise by the show’s promoter, all distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, GrizTix does not control this inventory or its availability.

    Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, your order is not complete. We highly recommend you contact GrizTix.com technical staff if you have reason to question whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. When your order is fully completed, GrizTix sends an e-mail confirmation to you. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN E-MAIL FROM GRIZTIX—YOU DO NOT HAVE TICKETS.

    Payment Methods
GrizTix.com accepts Visa and MasterCard. Cash is accepted for window sales, and checks are accepted at Adams Center windows for some but not all events.

    Convenience Fees
Tickets purchased online (or by phone or at any of our remote GrizTix outlets) are subject to a non-refundable per ticket convenience fee.

    Opening Acts
Opening acts or guests may sometimes tour with headlining performers. GrizTix is not always made aware of opening acts or the length of their performances. These opening acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be given if an opening act is changed or canceled.

    Delivery Options
GrizTix.com offers two forms of delivery of tickets. Tickets may be placed at will call to be picked up prior to show time or USPS (United States Postal Service) mailing option may also be requested (for a charge). Please note, if you request USPS delivery you will be required to sign for your tickets when they are delivered.

    Multiple Browser Windows
When, ordering tickets online with GrizTix please ensure you are looking for tickets and placing an order using only one browser window. Looking up tickets using multiple browser windows could result in losing your tickets or timer expiration.

    Q. While buying tickets online why did I get error messages?
You may have your security set too high, or your computer may not be set up to accept cookies.
